1000 posts. I hope I've been useful and not annoyed too many people with my "meretricious persiflage". :)
I do try (to be useful that is, the being annoying just comes naturaly).

I think I should probably hang around for another 1000.

"meretricious persiflage"...is it an English thing? I remember when I was in secondary school, the English teacher made us learned all those difficult to spell, pronounce, remember words.

Anyway, I think it's a good thing to have different voices. Congratulations on your promoted status.

It is in English. Its an "I've got a thesaurus and I'm not afraid to use it" way of saying BS. Whenever some gimp throws superfluous pretentious volcabulary at you (kind of like I did) just remember dictionary.com is your friend. :)

You are bad. Yes I hope that you do hang around for another thousand. Just as long as you stop making fun of my tin hat.
