50D, Most Used Image Quality Settings?

I find sraw to be a bit sharper than raw with the raw setting being a bit soft. What do you 50D owners use most often?


400D,30v , EF 24-105L, EF 50 1.8, EF 85 1.8

I've been playing around with sRAW1 the last week or so.. They load heaps faster on my old laptop and the quality is great..

I always shoot RAW + LFine jpg. Takes up more space and computing power, but it gives me what I need...
