Can anyone ID this Spider?

I snapped this thing on a plant in my backyard.

I looked at a few spider identification sites but I'm not coming up with anything.

It's fairly big, to me at least, about the size of a quarter.

Can anyone tell me if it's anything I should worry about?

Nope, looks like a species of orb spider. Eats a lot of harmful insects...

i believe that is an orange orb weaver. great spider for gardens. gets rid of unwanted insects.
