Is there a blue tint to my photos?

Typical blue-ish reflections on the dark wet stuff; it's common color's for overcast conditions. The clouds "micro spherical lenses" scatter different colors/block/reflect and refract others. Try in camera white balance settings, or post processing to "cloudy" or "shade" or click white balance, then click in the tiger's slightly reflective black fur.

In the attached image, I clicked in the slightly blue/black skin around the eye

I do see a hint of cyan. A little cool coloring.

if this was taken with AWB. The camera will create a color cast when there is too much of a color. In this case green. Also the camera does not have anought black/white/greys to color correct it on its own. You must do it on post or create a CWB.

i sometimes see this if i over saturate an image in PP.

Auto White Balance

You can use this setting as a default in most straightforward lighting conditions. Auto White Balance works by evaluating the scene and deciding the most appropriate white point in it. The setting works reasonably well if the colour temperature of the ambient light is between 3,000-7,000K. However, if there is an abundance of one colour in the image, or if there is no actual white for the meter to use as a reference, the system can be fooled, resulting in an image with a colour cast.
