hi i am just thinking to gift a camera to my sister suggest me some good camera which fall under $200.pls and thanks

I am not sure you can get one for $200 but maybe pretty close - the Canon 20D is really a great camera body - I used to nothing but them shooting weddings - I still have one left and try to take it out for my creative work - it really is a great camera and has the ability to do tons.

You might take a look at the SD1200;it lists for around that and you should be able to find it for less if you look. You might also find some SX110s offered for that; they list at $249 but there's a successor model out now so they may be marked down.

Panasonic TZ5 or an older Canon G model.

For a compact it has to be the Panasonic though.

I agree with Jon my wife loves her SD1100 Good shots are the default mode on that camera, it is almost the same as the SD 1200
