Had the chance to get to Dansville, NY for this event. Very impressive.

Very nice shots. I have been to a number of these events and lived right across the hiway from the grounds they use in Albuquerque for their yearly event. Mostly it goes well, but I have seen some really bad SNAFU's from these flying pillows. You might remember the one that hit the high power wires a few years ago. It was in the news for a few days. I was watching that balloon from my yard when it happened. I saw it coming and so did the guys in the basket. It was like a slow motion train wreck.

Beautiful. I love balloons and really want to shoot an event like this before the year is out :)

I miss balloons. :( I used to live in Binghamton and they always had balloons at Speidie Fest. But the last one is truly lovely. Congrats and glad you had fun.

Wow. Those are truly great shots. Espcially liked #4 and 6. The silouhette shots with all the balloons in flight was kinda cool as well.

Nice work. something I'd like to shoot someday.
