Great shots Grag. Do you use Live View when using the MPE-65?

Thanks Collin, no, can't seem to make LV work for me with macro stuff. I've used it a little bit with landscape but prefer to look through the lens for macro.

Ah right, thanks for that. Since you're rather into macro, have you taken any sort of interest in the new 100L? I thought about replacing my 85/1.8 with it, as it would surely also double well as a portrait lens. I'm very interested in the IS, and as much as I know many would disagree with me, I wish Canon put IS in more of their standard primes.

Dropped my flash and PocketWizard whilst trying to keep the door open for the bridesmaids :( the flash is ok (scratched) but the PW hotshoe is broken.

Are you buying older Ed's 5D or did he already get rid of it? :p

Here is a more reasonably priced 40D: https://photography-on-the.net …hp?t=764088&highlight=aus

To be honest, it's actually a really good price!

Really makes me want to sell mine, which is gripped...

buying older Ed's 5D

There is a serious logical fallacy with that suggestion. 5D =/= my 30D, hence not worth buying.:cool:
