Mic, do you really want to try them out? :p I'd fear for your wallet if you had a good go at them.

I'll just sell some 550s :-)

ed. wrote in post #9147248 (external link)
 why don't you fly up?

It's unlikely :-)

I'll just buy some once the Einstein is released here.

cheers, juice (Canon shooter, Elinchrom lighter, but pretty much agnostic on brands.)

NP, I look after you guys. It's what I live to do.

I was half tempted by it myself, but then thought, no, I'll get lights instead, Simon Gerzina-style :-)

@ Rai, Beautiful and Cute daughter spoilt by Dad's camera craft, spoilt rotten that is.

half the shots were soft, maybe the lens had fogged but I made sure it was at ambient so I am a bit confused

haha thanks Damien. You sure the photo softness wasn't directly proportionate to the number of alcoholic drinks the photographer consumed?

How you finding the 7D Rai?

Excellent Ed, i never have to wait for it and the new features (esp the AF system, transmissive LCD focus screen and button customisation) make using it a pleasure. For what I do its perfect.

I'm not having too much joy. All the files the recovery program is recovering are corrupt.

Bugger :-(

Is this the drive that shut down halfway through the transfer?

Looks like I joined the club. 1DII on the way!

A really good deal and the money I'll save over the 7D will go toward a lens. :)
