I do none of that :( I watch maybe 2 youtube clips a month, I check facebook a couple of times a day and I podcast hamish and andy most nights and those files average 20mb each. I don't use safari as I have unlimited net at work and no new apps or updates as I've been extra careful the last couple of weeks because I dont want to be stung again!

I mainly use my phone for music and games (not on-line games, just like backgammon and that kind of thing) as I spend 4 hrs of my day travelling and need something to amuse myself!

It's soooo annoying! I've already tried fighting my previous bill but apparently they don't make mistakes with data usage and wont budge. *grumble* *grumble* *grumble*

It shouldn't eat anywhere near that much but have you tried turning off location services and deleting your email accounts on the phone for a month?

That's rough. I've got a gig allowance and surf for 2 hours each day but never hit my limit.

At least you guys can look at the internet during work hours. I work retail because I'm not even into uni yet so I get no time to do anything during work :p Becoming more interested in the iPhone I'm hopefully going to buy though.

I'm with Virgin who use optus.

I remember having bill dramas with them 5 years ago. Never considered them since.

Just ended up not paying and changing provider. They sent letters a few times, but then gave up.

You may think you've won, but wait until you need to get a loan, uh oh.

Exactly, the CRA,credit reporting agency has you on file, all loan providers check with that mob for outstanding debts. Some may overlook it most wont,so until you pay it out it will haunt you theres even a chance that when you die they could claim against your estate.
