From memory, the recipie I made was a butterflied leg and the spice stuff was mixed in plain yoghurt and rubbed on a few hours ahead of cooking in the webber. magic ! Failing that, the good old garlic, olive-oil, salt, black pepper and lemon-juice, with some sliced garlic cloves poked into stab-wounds all over the leg. Thanks Andrew, will look into it.
