Phillby Don't forget to make incisions and push half cloves right into the leg, makes it awesome! Make sure you have enough, one leg for the staff doesn't sound much.

Moroccan spice mix. Cumin, coriander seed, tumeric and ..er...stuff...other stuff..can't remember now, but if you google moroccan spice mix it will come up I'm sure.

From memory, the recipie I made was a butterflied leg and the spice stuff was mixed in plain yoghurt and rubbed on a few hours ahead of cooking in the webber. magic !

Failing that, the good old garlic, olive-oil, salt, black pepper and lemon-juice, with some sliced garlic cloves poked into stab-wounds all over the leg.

Thanks Andrew, will look into it.

I found a couple of nice looking marinades from Rob Rainford which I'll look into. I'm drooling just thinking about it.
