I shall have a go tomorrow. Strobist is best for it to freeze it (seen A LOT of water drops in the Strobist group on Flickr) but where have you placed your flashes?

I only used one flash bouncing off a bigW catalogue behind the "drip tray".
IIRC it was set to 1/16.33 power.

I dont feel any older either..

It does the job haha. 85 1.8 is holding me off wanting the 1.2 for now. Its always done the job.

Here is a HDR from Bali with 17-40L

Great shot Ewan. The 85/1.8 is a solid lens, I use mine alot!

I would of considered that.. but I don't fancy dropping a strobe into a rock pool. Could hardly see as it was  I was happy with how it turned out.

Clearly you haven't been on one of ed's shoots :p

Fantastic HDR Ewan. Looks just like you would see it standing there.

How much would you pay for a 17-55 F2.8 IS second hand mint condition no box ?
I have been offered one from a friend and i don't want to stiff him on price nor do i want to stiff my self....Whats a fair price ?

Not sure but if you've got the 24-70 and the 16-35, do you really want the 17-55?

You really should try dropping the model in the water, they make a much better splash.

The language is colorful when they surface again too

I don't think it'll get as much use as your 16-35/24-70 on your 5D.... FF is FTW :p
