3.7v 900mAH Battery!? Is this true?

I am living in Newcastle, looking for a spare battery for my Canon 330. I found there is a battery in an auction site stating there is a Canon Li-ion battery which is 3.7v 900mAh.
I am currently using battery which was given by the manufacturer ( 3.7v 840mAH).
I am not sure whether there is really a battery with 900mAh.
I also hope to know where can i buy cheap and quality battery.
