I don't know how voluntary the eye closing is when the contact is with the head ;)

OK, now I definitely know that the headers when possible need to be vertical/portrait... a couple of the ones I posted on top I wanted to leave horizontal showing a pass or play by the net but probably should crop more.

I shoot portrait for soccer about 90% of the time. If I decide to try to get the goalie "laid-out" on a save, depending on the angle, then I will go landscape.
