Evening all,

So after searching and reading to death, I decided to give the EE-S precision-matte screen a go. I have a Zeiss Planar 50/1.7 and a Vario-Sonnar 28-85 (Both Contax) and while focusing is OK-ish, it's a battle between my eye and the AF-confirm chip.

I hope I haven't just wasted $40, but hey, what harm. Just seeing if anyone here has had negative/positive experiences with this screen.

Has anyone etched their focusing screens to include composure lines?!
