I flew out to CA this past weekend and took about 600 shots on Sunday and Monday. The waves were moderately good, but the wind was iffy.
Nevertheless, I had a great time and LOVED the 100-400 5.6 L USM IS lens that I rented. George's Camera in San Diego is a great source for rentals. Huge inventory and great service.
