I like them! Nice blur to show movement but still sharp in all the right place. As well as the pan blur. Maybe too much DoF? The first would be better with less BG in focus.

Fun!

Like all of them, especially the last one. But what I don't like is the people in the background. Still, good photos and panning.

Thank you ChasWG, ChioPhotography. As for the deep DOF, I didn't use my Nifty Fifty but rather the 18-55 f/3.5-5.6 kit lens at 5.6 I think. I have yet to invest in a good outdoor 'sports' lens but can't decide between the 85 1.8 (Is this even a 'sports' lens?) or a 70-200 f/4 non-IS. As I'm not really into sports photography, I'm leaning towards the 85 1.8 for its 2 1/3 stops advantage and I really don't like the 'whites', too conspicuous. I wonder if I can paint it black (probably void the warranty) :)

instead of painting the 70-200/4L black, consider the 200/2.8L or the 70-300 IS (non-L, not to be confused with the cheap 75-300)... they're both black (and all roughly in the same $400-$500 price range). The 70-300 is a bit slower, but the IS and extra reach is nice.

Thank you for the suggestion clarence. I'll take a look at the 70-300 IS's specs tonight.
