Amateur Golf Tournament.... Bad photographer

I took these 2 shots on the first playoff hole of The Lake Macquarie Amateur Golf Championship held every January near Newcastle, Australia. The golfer is Adam Gee from the UK. Just as Adam was about to stroke his birdie putt the local newspaper photographer who was right next to me fired off several shots, as you can see Adam was not too pleased. The small crowd booed and jeered us:o. I only pressed the shutter after he had hit the putt but we both copped the blame.

Fortunately Adam made the putt and went on to win, beating Jason Day on the fifth playoff hole.
