So I'm still figuring out my (new to me) 40D and wanted to know what some of the settings people use for sports photography. I know the f-stops, ISO and SS settings, but now more to the image settings when you press the Picture Styles button and then the info button. How high do you ramp up the sharpness or any of those settings?

I was just wondering and messing with my camera.

Thanks! :D

I believe that if you shoot in raw mode, picture style is "advisory". You can remove it or change it in DPP. I'm uncertain about whether or not Adobe Raw even shows it. I shot some sepia tone images once and they came up in color in Adobe Raw.
