quails? and advice

ive never seens quails in my town i live in norwalk ct. not as sharp as i would like them to be i think its just camera shake what do you think?

I think they are guinea hens not quail - need a bit faster shutter to reduce the shake

Great angle on the shot 'TK' but like Marcy says, A faster s/s to get a sharper image and if you have a next time, see if you can get closer. Always a challenge with wild animals.
