Flying Juvenile Black-crowned Night-Heron

This guy caught me off guard just as the sun was coming up. This was the first time I have ever seen a juvenile black-crowned night-heron. I know this shot is a little OOF but now I know where he hangs out, so I'll be back to try and get some better shots. This is my first year shooting birds(with a camera) and I'm having a blast. My wife goes with me all the time and is having a great time herself.
