Shot with Sigma 150-500 with Kenko extension tubes (36 and 20 together). DOF is ridiculously shallow, so the Wasp is kinda OOF. Lighting was combo sunlight and direct flash (bla). Thinking I can't do much better without a dedicated macro lens. Comments?

#2 is a nasty looking wasp. I wouldn't want to mess with him.

Thanks for the comments! I used the 150-500 because I figured the more zoom the better. But most of the other posts in Macro seem to use 100mm macro, or 105, or 150, etc. Would using my 70-200 with extension tubes work better? I know I would at least get several more stops of light, and the DOF wouldn't be as shallow, but can I get in as close?
