I'm sure I knew the answer to this at one time, but it escapes me at the moment. Its my birthday today and I'm feeling very dumb for my 46 years.

I was processing some pictures I shot over the weekend, importing pictures from 2 cameras over two days of shooting. After importing I put all the pictures into a Catalog in Lightroom and proceeded to edit flag, etc. I noticed that when going from the Catalog to all pictures my flags are no longer there. They are only there when I am in the catalog.

Can you help an old man remember why this is? :)

Did you put them in a Collection or a Catalog?

OK, then, do you get what's going on? Flags in collections are separate from flags in folders, and the All Photographs only show the actual files, not collections.
