1 and 2 I like (actually love 1) but the angle of 3 doesn't seem to work for me (speaking from a skateboarder point of view). Can't tell what trick he's doing.

Now speaking from a noob point of view. How did you do the first picture if you don't mind. I plan on doing skateboard pics sometime in the future.

All in all great series though!

In the third photo he was launching off the up-slope and landing on the back side of the spine. He is actually pretty high in the air in that photo and I standing on a rail to get over him. I liked the point of view on that shot but I think the perspective you loose what is going on. Maybe if I had included more of the take off...


The first shot is done in photoshop with multiple layers. You can take a sequence and then use photo merge to merge the images into a panorama, then you have to paint on the masks to uncover or cover the skater.
