Release for the Model

Does anyone have a release that I can give my models so they can get their prints developed? For I give them the images on a cd and they can get prints from WalMart if they want, but sometimes WalMart will not print them because of copyright so I'm looking for a release form I can give them?

WM has a printable one on their website. Don't remember where so you'll just have to look for it.
OTOH, you could search the forum. It was covered about a month ago.

You said your problem was with WalMart? WM?

Thanks 'PhotosGuy' I wrote to WM and they sent me two release. If anyone needs a copy of them just let me know and I'll send you them.
