Any experience with the Roberts Imaging online site?

I'm tempted to get some lenses from robertsimaging.com since they offer no tax and free shipping to NYC! But, I wanted to see what experiences you all have had with them first.

I've read that in person the b&m store is a pleasure to deal with, so I'm assuming the online process would be as well. But are there any of you who can vouch for this personally?

I bought a 35mm 1.4 online from there. Was a pleasure to deal with them. I would buy from them again.

I'm in the same boat. Currently looking at their 300mm 2.8 IS, they are one of the few companies that has stuck with the older prices for the next few days before they increase their prices to all of the new increased Canon prices.

I am seriously looking into purchasing from them, just a bit hesitant until I hear more regarding purchases made on this forum from them.

Update: Just bought my first L lens from them. The first transaction is scrutinized to a high degree to prevent fraud, which I don't mind at all.
