Orb Spider: C & C Welcome

We seem to have a lot of orb spiders around our yard this fall. This one was above the steps down from the deck. There were others to his left and his (or her) right, as well as several building webs on or near trees that I noticed when I was mowing the yard. Anyway, this is the first photo that I have processed. Will try to post more later. Hope you enjoy it. C & C very welcome.

I like this one. Has a good background that contrasts well with the object. I also like the composition using the web.

Thanks. It took a bit of patience to get him/her in the center because every time I got close enough to take the photo he/she ran off to the corner of the deck (where his/her web was anchored)!
