Hi,

Yesterday I bought myself a new macro lens and today I de-virginized myself with it
Don't get the wrong idea, I took some pictures. Please don't spare your comments as I need to learn it.

Congrats on the lens. Your off to a good start. I like the composition of #2 but it looks slightly out of focus. #3 looks very sharp. Just crop it slightly.

I'm in Canada. Isn't that weird!

I see a couple of your shots were taken on a sedum plant. Those things really turn a deep red this time of year. Grab some more photos of it. You'll be amazed. NIce first time shots.

What type of lens would one need if they were to snap a photo of a space ship flying away from them at light speed?
Also, stop bugging me about using a tripod. I mean they are cool and all but I only take them with me when visiting public bathrooms and woman's locker rooms.
