Does anyone here have a lot of knowledge about jellyfish? I took these photos yesterday on a whale watch. From what I've found online, I believe this is a Comb Jellyfish. I don't know what's up with the fish though and was hoping someone could shed some light on it for me. I don't know if the Jellyfish was after the fish of if the fish was the Jellyfish (I think this would be rather unlikely). I actually don't even know if the fish was even alive. It seems odd that there would be one fish like that out on the open ocean by itself. Anyway, I thought it was rather interesting and wanted to share. :)

#5 - Not the greatest shot I know, but this is the last one I took before they disappeared under the boat.

I don't know what it is but I like the colors that are changing on it so I would think both specimens would be alive.

Pretty neat capture.
