Open House Invitation

Hello all.. thank you in advance for your help. I have recently been asked to set up a table at an open house near where I live. Its an annual event put on by Doctors and Professionals of the same stature. They invite different people to sell and advertise there products and themselves. I have never done anything like this but they have requested that a photographer be there...so... help.. where do I start?

Print your best pictures, have ready a couple of hundred bussines cards, brochures, stuff like that if you have a bussines.
