During my elk hunt I had deer hanging on my front lawn every night when I got back.

Been curious for years, I'd imagine they'd taste like a really big goose. Anyone who shoots a swan here in IA and gets caught pays $1650, between the fine and liquidated damage fees. Due to this, I haven't had a chance to see what they taste like.
