Saw some during training fer sure. Thankfully, not since.

Oh...they are for the nuclear plant...okay. Thanks for the link.

I was three, well two and almost a half.

Ah yes, but did you live locally? We were JUST outside the evac zone apparently...like 1/2 a mile.

Wow, I remember when that happened! I was a freshman in high school! I'm OLD!

You're only as old as you feel!!

Fine, 3rd shift is taking to long to come online for the evening, so I'll just bow out now and bid one and all adieu.

Oh, yeah. Right.

Though I have met a 32 year old grandma, so it's kind of subjective.

G'night! *erases bit about germ infested hands from memory bank*

Sorry, my bad, may you dream of wonderfully sanitary pizza eaten in a rock solid unmoving castle on the coast with 100 mile an hour winds whistling outside.

She smells.

Dood, I can assure you she smells wonderful, like a freshly laundered sock. I have very little to do in life, pick on Sarge and I am driving your way to feed you your knee caps.

DoodleBunz wrote in post #8782138 (external link)
Yes, but your family would. I saw just enough of a minor fireworks injury to be properly respectful the rest of my life! Hubs got nailed in the arm at one of our shows in Fairfax a number of years ago. Enough that we got a ride in their fancy new ambulance.

3Turner wrote in post #8782152 (external link)
There is nothing minor about the injuries ;)
Serious things can happen with fireworks. One year, a Saturn Missile shot was set off by a little boy here...one of the little missiles went parallel to the ground instead of up and struck his sister in the temple. She didn't make it :(

You should see photos of illegal firework processing buildings....or really, photos of what was left of them.

Play with fire you get burnt. Repost of my accident with fireworks (external link). The screaming ring in my ears right now is one constant reminder of that incident.

I missed a bunch of sleepers and don't have the energy to catch up on dreams so those who went to sleep, may you dream of some good a$$ **** *shrug*

Do whats right HERE
