lol. It was Hale. But after he took her out I couldn't go back to sleep because he left Calypso in. Her hair has grown back and her villainous personality with it.

note to Chris & Terri...I didn't roast the Australian coffee. I thought it was, because I thought I'd ordered it with the New Guinea coffee...but apparently I didn't. I don't know where my mind is lately.

This is the one I roasted yesterday. I guess I didn't buy anything from AU.

Oh fine. What's your return policy?

;)

I'm sure it will be fantastic!

Is today day 1 of 3? or day 2?

LOL!

It's supposed to be very good. When I made that order I was ordering some that were highly recommended, for Christmas gift roasting. I wanted to do some test roasts to make sure it roasted well.

It will be ready to use on the 20th. You could maybe push it to the 19th but no guarantees on the flavor that day. 3 days is really optimum. Milder coffees can be roasted earlier but since I haven't tried that one, I don't know if it would be good earlier.

Has she filled out a little? She seems stockier than I remember from Joshua Tree last year...

I'm not sure. I didn't think she had, but I see her every day, so it's more gradual for me and I probably wouldn't notice. I'll have to go back to some of my earlier pictures of her and compare. Maybe she has...

Yeah, she isn't all that well endowed in the tongue department, is she? Even Ashley had a much longer tongue than Minnie does...

wow, I just tasted that Yemen Mocha Harazi that I roasted 3 days ago. It's so good. Probably my 3rd favorite so far. (Kona being first & JBM 2nd)

Lol....not likely. He's a slow learner sometimes. I'm sure he'll be ok with the switch. It might take him a while to make the switch but he'll be ok.

I'm doing ok. Thanks for asking. How about you?

No clue. ;)

ROFLMAO!

I am ok. A little tired but ok

Yum... I just found a good coffee shop in the UK

http://coffeebeanshop.co.uk/ (external link)

and

http://www.hasbean.co.uk/ (external link)

I guess I'll have to pucker up and drink what I have before placing an order...

Does that hasbean.co roast before they send to you? It has a nice selection of coffees.

This one seems to have a good selection too (several single origin coffees, I prefer them to most blends myself):
