Since the server move yesterday, I am not receiving e-mail notifications for either message replies or pm's. I've checked my User CP and everything is correct.
Is anyone else getting this?

There was an announcement on the top of every page before, as if it was a sticky. See Pekka's response here: https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=759398

Due to the delay in DNS propagation, some email may also be delayed. Hopefully in a few hours, everything should be working correctly.

Just got about 10 through, all in the last 10mins - I gather it's been switched back on!

Some email providers may take longer to recognize the change in server (they don't like getting emails from unknown sources). Running a trace on your email address indicates this is happening. It might be a little longer until your email provider refreshes it's DNS cache.

Apologies for this, but it's just the way the internet happens sometimes....

There are still about couple of dozen email servers (private or small ISP) which reject mail from this server because they have not refreshed their DNS cache, and give this typical error

Deferred: 450 4.1.8 <nobody@anascaelum.pekkasaarinen.com>: Sender address rejected: Domain not found

or

Deferred: 421 invalid sender domain 'anascaelum.pekkasaarinen.com' (misconfigured dns?)

Which means: POTN mail server anascaelum.pekkasaarinen.com contacts them, , handshake is done, and remote server checks for security if domain pekkasaarinen.com exists. When their DNS is not up-to-date (cached e.g. weekly or using stale GeoIP database)) it fails this check and rejects the mail.

What you can do to help this is to contact support of your mail service and ask them to update their DNS.

You can show them this:

Is Verizon one of those that do not update because I have yet to receive email notifications either.

No, Verizon does seem to receive ok. Perhaps they do not return error message but receive it in spam folder instead...

Still no emails. I did contact them and let them know what you saud. I'm waiting for a response from them. This should be there IP: 24.166.46.3 is cpe-24-166-46-3.neo.res.rr.com.

I'm still not getting emails. It's pretty frustrating, you don't really realize just how much you depend upon them to stay current with topics until you lose them :(

Cheers,
Bear Dale
