I know the horizon is pretty close to the center but I was able to capture the clouds via the use of a CPL and wanted to see the effects:

That's just a guideline not a rule, sometimes it makes sense to have the horizon in the center, reflections are a good reason to do so.

..All my photos are straight from the camera.I not use any PP.
