But looking at the sequence of photos, then you can tell that her right foot is no more than 1-foot off the ground.

From the sequence, you can tell in the first photo where she took off. You can also look at how much "bigger/taller" she is in the frame. So in the following images, she's getting smaller in the photos, thus moving away.
That isn't to say she may not have some serious hops as she is a dancer after all. But if there wasn't another reference photo posted, it would appears he is flying some 4-5 feet off the ground.

Cheers guys for taking a look and commenting - she was definately a gazelle but certainly the compression of the shot accentuates the distance from the ground. And it was a staged shot.
