I actually installed Kodak Digital GEM mostly for my film scans - it does a wonderful job reducing grain - way better than your typical noiseware program. For high ISO digital images I prefer the Kodak plug-in because it smears less than NoiseNinja would. It is VERY easy to use- no magic to it.
