Well, here's my first real effort with the lens. Man this thing is sharp!! Haven't had a chance to go outside with it yet....that's what I plan to do tomorrow.

Spider was roughly 1/8" long...tiny!

Thank you Kim, it goes to show the versatility of the 100L. I'd wanted a shot like it for a while and when the opportunity presented itself, the 100 was the ideal choice.

I think this image shows how well the IS works. I shot this at 1/10 of a sec. handheld with a 21mm extension tube!
