Not just for macro:

Gotham City, aka Hong Kong. Taken from the Peak, looking towards Kowloon in a rainstorm. The verticals actually are vertical - it's the skyscraper that doesn't have straight sides. Always a challenge and a major issue when shooting cities - either the true verticals remain vertical, or the buildings look straight, but not both.

The IS helps a lot in dim light. Combined with AI Servo I can do everything hand held.

Bullfrog camouflaged in duckweed. I guess he thought he was invisible, because he let me get the lens about 3 inches away from him.
