The background diffusion are in two different leagues. You're right thought in that the 100mmL does so many things so well it's hard to take off of the camera.

Looks much better in large size on flickr click CB4 on bottom of pic (then you should be able to click on pic to enlarge but I don't now if you have to be signed in to be able to do that )
