Love it or hate it?

What are your thoughts on this one?

Her going one way with the dog going (looking) the other makes this rather quirky.

I'll give it a thumb and a half up!

I might pull the bottom edge up to do away wth the half a tie in the immediate foreground. Acutally, I'd grab the bottom right corner and pull it in which would hide the tie as well as put the vanishing point more in the middle.

It is interesting and kind of quirky as was said. I still like the look and conversion but do find that front tie a bit distracting.

I have to go with I love it. I think the comp is great and the picture is uniqe, and I like the perspective

I really like it. RR tracks have become the modern sunset, clown or any over shot cliche thats used without any regard to whether it works with the over all image. In this case it WORKS very well.

I love it. It's a situation where the two subjects entirely doing their own thing makes the shot. It successfully violates the rule of having the subjects mutually engaged.

I love it too. It's one of those pictures with lots of interesting things going on so I spend a long time looking at it. Nice! Oh and what the heck is she doing?! lol

Thanks everyone for your comments. This was one of those shots that started out being something entirely different. Or at least it was in my head...

The dog was such a dude but it was really hard to get him to co-operate. In the end he just did what he wanted. In fact all the way through he just did what he wanted. I could probably have saved myself 1/2 hour of lying on the rocks if I'd had that realisation earlier
