When viewed from Earth using a SCT and a mirror diagonal this is the way you see it...

Celestron, I think you're the only one taking it seriously enough and starting a discussion from my light hearted comment that it's relative. You had 3 posts in before I even replied. Relax guy! The Internet is SERIOUS business!!! :D

If you had of mentioned the moons position with an "SCT Telescope" to start with then my discussion would have not been extended . Some things i do take serious since there is so many new beginners here that don't have a scope and using a camera lens for the first time . In this hobby it's best to explain thoroughly your reasons when in a debate . The other reason i kept going was because of your statement previously where you said you :
" Nope... I live in California. I love all the debate over the position of an object in space! Actually it's not only upside down but its reversed left-to-right horizontally since i'm using a mirror diagonal and not a prism diagonal. You could also just flip the image vertically and it takes care of both perspective changes ".

Now honestly , doesn't that sound like a debate starting when most of these new ppl here have no idea what your talking about since you did not mention a scope much less knowing what a diagonal is ?? Now tho since you have better explained yourself i can understand what your talking about cause i have an SCT . So with this part satisfied i will now bow out of the debate . All i ask is becareful explaining half the reason to new ppl . They don't have a clue .
