I copyrighted the word "the." Therefore, every time you say it, you have to put it in quotes and cite me as the source.

That is book worthy. Lol.

Great auto shots.

I like that one

No fight there and no fight here. I'm just sick and tired of people with more time on their hands than intellect.

Ahhh Ok just making sure you were not leaving me out to dry on the other thread.

Nismode wrote in post #12982741 (external link)
It's not a trademarked term, so NO, it is not intellectual property.

Ummm if it was printed in a book it is

Nismode wrote in post #12983114 (external link)
As I said, it is not a copyrighted, trademarked, or patented term, so your argument still lacks any foundation.

see above

With that said, if someone were to attribute a photo of mine with the proper copyright, in a manner that is not to be seen as passing as their own, I would be good.

Well I guess the excerpt of the book should get a attribute?

You use the term we as if everyone else in here cares or is bothered by the quote in his signature. You're the only person who seems to take offense at it. Unless you're primary school teacher or a college professor, I really don't see why it would bother you so much....is it yours? Then why the fuss?

Seems like a slippery slope to having the same attitude about pictures stolen

Do you have a setup shot? I'm curious how you achieved this lighting?

very interesting shot, looking at the foot prints seems like at least 4 strobes used? :)

I think I saw when he originally posted this photo and it said three strobes, but I'm not positive.... and I'm to lazy to go look back.
