I think its a photoshop plugin where the skin is smoothed out completely then a texture is added.

A few on here seem to use it but they tend to be a little coy about sharing the name of it...

I am personally not a big fan of the look.

Looks good Luke. I find the background in relation to the car distracting though. (Dont tell the owner I called it a car) I would have cropped it like this. It makes the car "bigger" and gets rid of the lit but unneeded items at the top. Just my .02.

yeah I was going to say, no photographer putting out images that look anywhere NEAR that good is using a plugin like that.... the fact is there is no "one step" skin retouch, you spend the time needed on the images that are worth it... end of story

I think those mechanical equipment above is competing with your subject.
Horizons tilted too.
I think you need to light inside the vehicle and under too.
And find a way to get rid of that massive shadow.
