Very nice image. She is very pretty, kind of reminds me of the skater Katarina Witt.

I think the combination of headset, shirt and hairstyle. It makes all the difference in the world!
Also the crop looks better, less distractions.

Have you tried a crop from desk up, using a different angle? Possibly 45 degrees from back of the monitor, so it appears as she's looking up someone's account? Put her hands on the keyboard.


The devil is in the details...Especially at 100% crop!

Great photo freddy. I like the fact that she has her hand on her headset as to press it closer and concentrate on her work as she takes a moment to smile in your direction. Very natural.
