Who has 7D in-stock?

I've placed my 7D kit order through Circuit City. For one reason or another, they are expecting an order on the 31st. They've confirmed they already have an order from Canon sitting in their warehouse, but can't tell me when I'll be getting my camera. They can't confirm if they have the kit or body only in. One CSR tells me one thing, another tells me another. If it doesn't ship by tomorrow, I am canceling my order.

Can anybody tell me where I can get the 7D kit or 7D body where they have it in stock? Regular price is fine, not need for the Bing cash-back. I'm tired of dealing with Circuit City.

Forget about Amazon...I was told my kit (ordered 9/1) would ship by 11/2/09.

yeah for some reason i don't think the 28-135mm kits will be shipping for a while, which is exactly what i ordered.

called circuit city, AGAIN!....they told me they're expecting an order to come in on 10/31! (what?!) I called them last Friday and was told they had received a shipment but it wasn't processed in the warehouse yet. now i'm getting all kinds of different information that they didn't even receive that shipment...instead it just got pushed back to 10/31. i don't believe a word from these people any more.

I just wish i knew of a place i could call and order it from right now and get it by the end of this week. I don't even care about the 28-135mm lens anymore. i just wanted a decent walk around lens with a good zoom range. it would save me $300 to put towards a better lens anyway like a 70-200

Local shop here in town has some on the shelf. Not sure if will take orders over the phone and ship or not, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to ask?
