Nope. Try VLC media player or you can use editing software to encode them to another format.

If you have a Windows computer, be prepared for Quicktime to suck eggs when playing back 5D MKII video files. Apply did a absolutely crappy job porting Quicktime to run on Windows. Viewing 5D MKII video files on Quicktime is terrible. I have computers of varying speeds (all more than adequate to play a video), and Quicktime does a poor job playing back on all of them.
