i swear my large rocket blower which is probably about two years old made the sensors on both my cameras much dirtier when i blew them off today. anyone experience this before?

I never use it since there's potential to blow particles onto the sensor. I just use the good old wet cleaning method and dust aid.

That would probably mean you're just blowing the same air in and out instead of getting "clean" air in the back. Jay

Give it a squeeze and see if there's suction at the front when you release it (there shouldn't be) no, there's no suction. both cameras were recently serviced by canon. maybe they filled them with dust... http://instagram.com/edraderphotography/
