So today I went down to the point to shoot some scenes and my friend happened to be there. So it turned into a mini portrait session, which is something I have basically zero experience with :(

I think we got a few keepers during the fun.

There are more if you guys want them, I'd just have to quickly edit them.
Thanks

The first shot is kinda fun... The second turned out very nicely. I don't usually find squatting poses work very well, and I wish she wasn't chewing on the grass, but in this shot, it all seems to work very well. Lighting and dof is good too--I guess it's my favourite of the bunch. The third shot is my least fave. Thanks for sharing

Good job on the lighting and she looks relax and like she is having fun I am sure she will be happy.

Thanks for the remarks Michael. Yeah, I've never known much about posing. So we basically just went with what she felt comfy with.

Thanks Slaterza. The lighting was essentially perfect, which is rare, so I was very pleased.

That first pose is comfy? ;-)a

It looks like you two had a lot of fun, which always makes for good photos.

Yeah she was wearing new shoes and we were taking photos in a marsh. After a little while the bags started leaking, so I gave her my sandals and I went bare foot. That was some cold water.

Here are two more from the evening:
