That would be great...Kate in the flowers. I have fressias and zinnias (3 kinds) all springing up in my garden..the zins re-seed themselves and the freesias are bulbs. Coreopsis and African daisies are already blooming and will do so until November.

I placed an order recently for the side yard that will be fun, an fernleafed bleeding heart, two types of Daisies, lily of the valley, cardinal flower, ferns, and a really cool looking Egret Flower.

This year will be a big year for the yard as I'm planning on a bunch of landscaping as well as relocating the fruit and veggie gardens (and enlarging them). The nice thing is that a lot of bulb/perennial companies are sending catalogs with 50% off.

I love having flowers around and want a nicely landscaped yard once all is said and done.

Good Morning, All.

Friday already, yea!

Speaking of flowers, it is 54 degrees and raining this morning :) I'm loving this! It is going to rain all day tomorrow so I plan to spend a pleasant day learning more about PSCS4 and Topaz.

Have a great day everyone!

How is everyone?

Sad day here....waiting on news from my brother in law. My sister in law was not to make it through the night :-(

Local doctors screwed up and for a year she was sick, NYE they rushed her to University where they started her diagnosis over.. in 2 days we had sad news.. stage 4 cervical cancer, that had spread....

She was not expected to make it through the night, but we've not heard anything so far. We'll be going back to Ohio soon.

It's hard being on a death watch... but I guess it's good she has people waiting with her!

Lisa, will be thinking of your family tonight.

Jim, how are you? I'm doing well, shot more basketball for Jared today. The 7d is really wonderful for that.

I've been on a few of those in recent years. It truly is hard. I'm very sorry you're having to deal with such things, Lisa.

Hi Suzie, Busy day today...went to breakfast with Elaine. Went shopping for a small bookstand for my desk to hold my favorite books for photography & PSCS. Found a cool little end table which serves as a printer stand as well...check it out...photo by my iPhone...

Jim, I have almost the exact same table next to my desk. It holds my all in one and my scanner. No books. I can never find those. :)

I had a long day yesterday as well. I'm still recovering. This hour forward thing is not great for me as I went to bed around 1.

I see I am less than 100 away from 25k. Wow. I'm really not supposed to be on here so much. :)

Home from the Kilt Klassic. Lot's of fun and very tame this year. Way too cold to show any booty:):)

But many of my siblings, nieces, nephews and friends plus all of my kids show up for this so it is a family reunion of sorts. Now, I have LOTS of pictures to wade through. The sun was in and out of the clouds so I was at the mercy of the weather. The sun was decently warm but the wind was wickedly cold. AND I wore a kilt this year!!!!! Brrrrrrrr.

You wore a kilt-skirt. By definition - only men wear the kilt.
