I couldn't sleep and thought I would stop in and say HI.

Been busy as all get out.

Caught up on the past few pages....

Seems there are only about 4 of you posting ...where did everyone go?

Well, you're one of the "everybody" that went, so . . .

Still look great, Mo. I'm going to follow my big sister. I've started a new attitude.

Well, I am getting back on the treadmill tomorrow after 3 weeks of tendonitis (now gone). I eat well. We had pot roast and all the fixings for dinner courtesy of Skip and I made a pan of brownies with Aaron this afternoon. Mmmm. Off to bed... Nick is here and will have me up way before i want to.

Good Morning, All & Happy Friday!

Suzie, I like your short(er) hair cut :)

Going out tomorrow with my 5D & 24-105MM f/4 EF L to capture fall foliage :) The leaves are really starting to turn here.

Everyone have a wonderful weekend.

Here are the before and after:

QUOTED IMAGE

Just got home:

QUOTED IMAGE

Ignore the bad lighting, the our of focus, and generally not great shots. I didn't have anyone here with me and did the self-timer and it never gets the focus right. I could not find my remote.

You look so much better with the shorter hair, Suzy.

The only fall colors we see out here are in department stores. The only visual clue that fall is here comes when we open our electric bill. The A/C only comes on a few times a day now.

I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!

All leaves are pretty much gone off trees last night due to a lot of wind and boy, was it loud!

Thanks, Tom! I like the short hair, too, but was growing it just to give it away. Now i can stick to what works for me. :)

Jim, what are you up to today? I'm going to dress up for my math kids. I have lots of shopping to do after my pumpkin cookies come out of the oven.

I wondered if that might not be what you were up to. Your altruism is admirable.

It's funny, but my husband is gong bald, has been going thin since we met when he was 21. He hasn't really been losing hair terribly since he turned 40, but he is getting very gray. But on a man, that looks really good. On a Chinese woman, not so much. I don't get the easy transition. It's white on black and that's about it. I'm getting too old for long hair. Much more flattering shorter.

I've been gray for many years, but didn't really start losing my hair until my late 50's/early 60's. I doubt I'll ever be completely bald, but I will be pretty thin when it's all over with. My dad had similar balding pattern, but still had enough hair to part when he was 98. My brother and sister got my mother's hair......lots of it. My brother is 6 years older than I, and still has a very full head of hair, and it's only gray-ish. I'm almost white-haired.

My sisters all have that salt and pepper thing going, so they dye their hair dark brown/black. Makes us all look the same age. :)
